KeepPrivacy Policy

Short version
Keep looks at your photo library on your iPhone to find photos you might want to delete. Your photos, and information about them, stay on your device. Keep has no account, no ads and no third-party analytics.
Who is responsible
Keep is operated by Bhumika Dhote, Kleinreuther Weg 72, 90408 Nürnberg, Germany ("we"). Contact: founder@myeasytool.net. We are the controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In the app
- Photo library: with your permission, Keep reads photos, videos and their details (date, size, dimensions, favourite and screenshot flags) on your iPhone to sort and group them. This happens on the device. We do not receive your photos or these details.
- Deleting: when you confirm, iOS moves the selected items to Recently Deleted. Keep does not delete anything permanently.
- Purchases: if you buy an upgrade, Apple handles the payment. We receive a purchase status, not your payment details. If we use a purchase-management service (such as RevenueCat), it receives an anonymous app user ID and the purchase status.
- Crash reports: if you agree to share them with developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may pass anonymous crash reports to us.
On this website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use cookies or tracking on this site. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
Processors
Cloudflare (website hosting) and Apple (App Store, purchases). Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA). You can withdraw photo access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information.
Children
Keep is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
