I deleted something by mistake

Open the Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted, select the item and tap Recover. iOS keeps items there for about 30 days.

The space did not go up

Space is freed when Recently Deleted is emptied, either by you in the Photos app or by iOS after about 30 days. With iCloud Photos, the iPhone may also keep smaller copies, so the change can differ from the estimate.

Keep can't see my photos

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Keep and choose Full Access. With Limited Access, Keep only sees the photos you picked.

Cancel or restore a purchase

Subscriptions are managed in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases in the app with the same Apple ID.
